1. Mission Statement

At Shondha Ambulance, our mission is to provide fast, safe, and professional emergency medical transportation across Bangladesh. We are committed to saving lives with compassion, responsibility, and efficiency.

2. Operating Hours

  • 24/7 Emergency Service: We operate round the clock, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Booking Hotline: Our customer service is available 24/7 for ambulance booking and inquiries.

3. Service Coverage

We provide ambulance services across Dhaka city and other regions of Bangladesh, subject to availability and accessibility.

4. Types of Ambulances

We offer:

  • Non-AC Ambulance

  • AC Ambulance

  • ICU/CCU Ambulance

  • Life Support Ambulance

  • Dead Body Freezer Van

Each ambulance is equipped based on medical need and service category selected during booking.

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Booking: Clients can book via phone or website. Emergency bookings are prioritized.

  • Cancellation: Cancellation must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.

  • Late Cancellation/No Show: A 50% charge may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is fixed based on ambulance type and distance.

  • Extra charges may apply for special medical equipment or long-distance travel.

  • We accept cash, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), and bank transfers.

  • Full payment is required before or upon arrival of the ambulance.

7. Medical & Support Staff

  • All ICU/CCU and life support ambulances are operated by trained drivers and certified medical staff.

  • Regular training and safety drills are conducted to ensure professionalism and care.

8. Patient Safety & Confidentiality

  • Patients’ safety, dignity, and confidentiality are our top priorities.

  • All staff are instructed to handle patient data and situations with utmost discretion.

9. Equipment Maintenance

  • All vehicles are regularly maintained and sanitized.

  • Medical equipment is checked before and after every trip to ensure functionality.

10. Code of Conduct

  • All Shondha Ambulance staff must follow ethical practices, professional behavior, and respectful communication.

  • Harassment, negligence, or misconduct will result in strict disciplinary actions.
